2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 
2.1 Ownership of Content
All content on the ECOTRANSTOUR Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, audio clips, software, code, design elements, and compilations, is the exclusive property of ECOTRANSTOUR or its licensors and is protected by Costa Rican and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights.
 
2.2 Trademarks
"ECOTRANSTOUR," the ECOTRANSTOUR logo, and other marks displayed on our Platform are registered or common law trademarks of ECOTRANSTOUR. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
 
2.3 Limited License
ECOTRANSTOUR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating and purchasing our services. This license does not permit any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its Content.
 
2.4 Prohibited Uses
You may not, without express written permission:
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or Content
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access or collect information from the Platform
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform
- Modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or decompile any aspect of the Platform - Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings
- Use Content for commercial purposes or in any way that competes with ECOTRANSTOUR
 
2.5 User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other content to our Platform, you grant ECOTRANSTOUR a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you submit
- User Content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws
- User Content does not contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
 
2.6 Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe any Content on our Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us ecotranstourcr1@gmail.com at with detailed information including identification of the copyrighted work, location of the infringing material, and your contact information.
